The Vice-Rector for Academic and Scientific-Pedagogical Work of Kherson State University, Daria Malchykova, received the honorary title “Honored Worker of Education of Ukraine”.
This was reported on the university’s official website.
The honorary title was conferred by decree of the President of Ukraine for high professionalism and a significant personal contribution to the development of Ukrainian education.
The badge was presented to Daria Malchykova by the First Deputy Head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, Dmytro Butriy. The event took place at Kherson State University with the participation of the university rector, Oleksandr Spivakovskyi.
In addition to the badge, Daria Malchykova was given a bracelet featuring Kherson branding.
Daria Malchykova is a Doctor of Geographical Sciences, a professor in the Department of Geography and Ecology, and the chair of the scientific and methodological council of Kherson State University.
For reference, recently Volodymyr Zelensky awarded the Order “For Merit” of the III degree to an employee of JSC “Khersonoblenergo” — Viktor Perepelko, an asphalt worker of the site.
