To ensure the implementation of the State Program for the development of agriculture and the regulation of markets for agricultural products, raw materials and food of the Kherson region, the Russians plan to spend next year 3 637 159 670 rubles.
This is stated in the program itself, which was approved by the occupation government created by the Russians in Henichesk.
Of these funds, over 140,5 million will go to support the occupation Ministry of Agro-Industrial Complex and Food Policy.
Over 1,9 billion rubles are allocated for execution by state budgetary (scientific) institutions subordinate to the Ministry of Agro-Industrial Complex, Food Policy and Fisheries of the Kherson region. This concerns the seized institutes and state enterprises.
Another 1,3 billion rubles will go to the purchase of fixed assets for these enterprises.
For 3 million rubles, Russian proxies in the region will hold two events: Field Day and a ceremonial gathering dedicated to the Day of the Agricultural Worker. These two events are meant to develop agriculture.
Another 195 million rubles will cost Russian taxpayers the operation of information systems to support the activities of the Ministry of Agro-Industrial Complex, Food Policy and Fisheries of the Kherson region.
There is not a word in the document about how the spending of these funds will positively contribute to the development of agriculture in the TOT (temporarily occupied territories).
We recall that the occupiers recorded a significant and prolonged reduction in agricultural production volumes in the TOT of the Kherson region after 2022.
