A Russian court sentenced a resident of the temporarily occupied Kherson region, Ivan Tkatsky, to 11 years in a maximum-security penal colony on charges of preparing a terrorist attack.
Occupying media report this.
According to the occupiers, Tkatsky allegedly conspired with unidentified persons and provided them with information about the head of a motor transport company who was intended to be the target of an attack. After that, he received from his handlers the details of a hideout containing a remote detonation device.
According to the court, on March 29, 2025, the man arrived at the site where the device had been planted, allegedly retrieved the transmitter-remote, and was then detained.
On the left bank of Kherson region, the occupiers illegally sentenced Ukrainian Serhiy Solodky to 18 years in prison for alleged espionage
