The Russian government said it had extended “special procedure” for regulating labor relations in the temporarily occupied territories of the Kherson region and Zaporizhzhia.
Pro-Russian media report this.
According to the decree of the Russian government, in the occupied territories employment record books and employment contracts issued before September 30, 2022 will continue to be recognized.
The Russian government explains this by claiming that allegedly all information about employees’ work activity is stored in the electronic systems of the Russian Social Fund.
Earlier we wrote that in the Kakhovka district in the temporarily occupied territories of the Kherson region there is a shortage of staff in all institutions.
