Kherson became the city with the highest share of five-star ratings from users of the Uklon service based on the results of 2025.
This is stated in the company’s annual report, which was published by The Page.
According to Uklon, it was in Kherson where riders most often gave drivers maximum ratings among all cities where the service operates.
In total, in 2025 Ukrainians made about 135 million trips with Uklon, covering over 915 million kilometers. Demand for the service was traditionally highest on holidays, particularly on Valentine’s Day, March 7–8, and on the eve of Independence Day.
The company also identified other record-holding cities: Kyiv became the leader in the number of “Business” class trips and cashless payments, Odesa – for trips with animals and use of the “Women’s” class, Lviv – for the number of items left behind in cabins. At the same time Chernivtsi was recognized as the most punctual city, and Bukovel — the champion in the use of minibuses.
Uklon notes that in 2025 they continued to develop inclusive services and new vehicle classes, as well as expand the app’s functionality.
