The occupiers said that over the course of a year in the temporarily occupied territories of Kherson region they allegedly carried out major repairs on 40 apartment buildings with a total area of 134 thousand square meters. The implementation of the major repair program was assessed by the administration at 98.63%.
This was reported by pro-Russian channels.
They also claim that all social facilities are supplied with heat and electricity.
This was discussed during a meeting attended by the so-called deputy minister of construction and housing and communal services of the Russian Federation, Valery Leonov. The gauleiter of the temporarily occupied part of Kherson region, Volodymyr Saldo, said that “the tasks for 2025 have been completed”, and they plan to settle the financial obligations by December 26.
In addition, the meeting discussed the work of the so-called patron regions of the Russian Federation. At the same time, the occupation administration acknowledged problems with the implementation of certain projects, in particular delays in the renovation of a geriatric nursing home, which they have been unable to complete for the third year. According to them, materials on this issue will be forwarded to the federal level and to the supervisory authorities of the Russian Federation.
