Kherson Regional Academic Music and Drama Theatre named after M. Kulish ordered lighting equipment for 295 thousand UAH.
As indicated on Prozorro, the theatre ordered ten moving head spotlights priced at 19,750 UAH/UAH.
A search on the internet shows such equipment costs significantly more – from 30 thousand UAH/UAH.
The spotlights were bought from Odesa-region entrepreneur Tetiana Kaminker.
It should be noted that an additional ten K10 MK2 electronic matrices were also ordered from Kaminker for 98.2 thousand UAH/UAH.
Thus, ten spotlights with matrices cost 29.5 thousand UAH/UAH in total.
According to the analytical system YouControl, as an individual entrepreneur (FOP) Tetiana Kaminker has been registered since 2019 and is engaged in non-specialized wholesale trade. Since 2020 she has periodically supplied equipment to theatres in various regions.
In addition, Tetiana Kaminker – the wife of a deputy of the Odesa City Council and businessman Oleg Kaminker. He is the ultimate beneficiary of the company “Show Rent”, which provides equipment rental for celebrations and parties.
