The Presidium of the Kherson Regional Council determined the agenda of the 20th extraordinary session. The plenary meeting is scheduled for December 23.
This is stated on the Council’s official page.
Before that, deputies reviewed all matters in the relevant committees. In total, 20 items will be brought to the session.
Among them are a number of municipal decisions. In particular, it concerns the transfer of immovable property assets from the shared ownership of the region’s communities to the communal ownership of the Kalynivska and Velykooleksandrivska communities, as well as the establishment of the right to use certain objects of communal property for the regional center for emergency medical care and disaster medicine.
Separately, deputies will consider personnel and organizational issues. In particular, the early termination of the deputy mandates of Diana Bobrovska and Volodymyr Khvostov, who submitted the corresponding statements of their own accord. Also on the agenda are changes to the composition of the permanent commissions of the regional council of the 8th convocation.
Earlier MOST wrote that a deputy of the Kherson Regional Council from “OPZZh” Diana Bobrovska filed a statement about relinquishing her mandate on May 28, 2025. She was elected a deputy in 2020 and, according to MOST, is part of the close circle of city council deputy Mykhailo Opanashchenko.
Also, a statement on the early termination of powers was filed by the regional council deputy from the “Servant of the People” party, Volodymyr Khvostov, on April 15, 2025. Earlier MOST reported that the police were to bring Khvostov to the Kherson City Court in a case concerning a corruption protocol, however he did not appear at court hearings.
