In the morning, Russian forces heavily shelled one of the districts of Kherson. As a result of the attack, fires broke out at several addresses.
The press service of the Main Directorate of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in the Kherson region reported this.
At one location, firefighters rescued a woman and handed her over to paramedics.
In another private house, a person became trapped inside due to partial collapse. Rescuers of the State Emergency Service promptly reached the scene and helped the injured woman get out of the dangerous premises.
