The winner of the regional competition «Best Young Scientist of Kherson Region» Oleksandr Irtyshchev will receive a cash award in the amount of 13 thousand hryvnias.
The corresponding order was signed by the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, Oleksandr Prokudin.
Oleksandr Irtyshchev is a Doctor of Philosophy and a lecturer in the Department of Management at the International University of Business and Law.
Notably, the Regional Military Administration announced the holding of the «Best Young Scientist of Kherson Region» competition in October 2025. In December, based on the results of a secret ballot, Oleksandr Irtyshchev was chosen as the winner.
He – the author of the study «Restoration and Formation of Human Capital in Communities of Southern Ukraine Affected by Hostilities».
His scientific work was recognized for its relevance, practical significance, and contribution to the region’s recovery, the Kherson Regional Military Administration wrote.
Recall, 15 December ten young Kherson residents received named scholarships for academic, sporting, and civic achievements.
