As of December 2025, as a result of Russian armed aggression on the right bank of the Kherson region, 37.8 thousand objects were damaged or destroyed.
This is stated in the Kherson region’s program of socio-economic and cultural development for 2026.
It is noted that 6.6 thousand objects were restored, of which 1.1 thousand — within the implementation of the “Shoulder-to-shoulder” program, 2.6 thousand — funded by charitable organizations, 1.3 thousand — restored by their own efforts, and 1.4 thousand objects were restored with funds from the state and local budgets.
Recall that due to Russian aggression, critical infrastructure in Kherson was also damaged. Thus, as a result of systematic Russian shelling, the Kherson CHP ceased operations.
Currently 470 buildings remain without centralized heating supply – this is over 40.5 thousand subscribers. The head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, Oleksandr Prokudin, reported that due to constant shelling the restoration of the CHP cannot be predicted.
