On the night of September 17–18, 2025, occupation forces on Shkilna Street in the village of Kozachi Laheri opened fire with automatic weapons at civilians. Three local residents were killed – men aged 55 and 64 and a 62-year-old woman.
This was reported by the investigative department of the Main Directorate of the National Police of the Kherson region.
An investigation into this war crime is currently underway.
