The High Council of Justice extended by one year the secondment of the judge of the Kherson Regional Commercial Court Pavlo Pryhuza to the Zakarpattia Regional Commercial Court.
The decision was made during the High Council of Justice’s regular session.
The secondment will begin on February 26, 2026, the post says.
Pavlo Pryhuza was appointed a judge of the Kherson Regional Commercial Court in June 2003. Initially he served a five-year term, and in 2008 he became a judge without a fixed term.
In 2021 the High Council of Justice seconded him for one year to the Zakarpattia Regional Commercial Court.
