Russia announced the allocation of over 2 billion rubles to support the occupied part of the Kherson region.
Pro-Russian media write about this, referring to an order from the Russian government.
As they stated there, the funds are to be used to cover “priority and socially significant expenses”, in particular for social payments and the construction of a medical facility in the occupied territory.
Earlier we wrote that Russia promised to allocate over 20 million rubles for doctors’ salaries in the TOT of the Kherson region in 2026.
It should be noted that on the left bank of the Kherson region there are constantly problems with payments, for example the occupation authorities owed about 160 million rubles in salaries to employees of illegal budgetary institutions.
As for medicine there, in August 2025 it became known that hospitals there are staffed by specialists with higher education at 38%.
