In 2025 on the territory of Kherson Oblast law enforcement officers registered 5 121 criminal offenses related to violations of peace, human security and the international legal order.
The information was disclosed in a report from the prosecutor’s office.
According to law enforcement, as of now 4 852 criminal proceedings have been initiated, and 49 people have been notified of suspicion.
In total, since the beginning of the full-scale invasion on February 24, 2022, 33 917 such crimes have been recorded in the region, of which 29 248 proceedings have been initiated. During this time, 210 people have been notified of suspicion.
Courts have issued guilty verdicts to 33 people as a result of trials, 13 of them in the current year.

And also that the Kherson Court of Appeal considered appeals in the case of the former administrator of the Stanislavska Village Council Nataliya Sundenko, who collaborated with the occupiers, and left the first-instance decision unchanged. She will now serve the sentence in the form of a 7-year prison term.
