The Kherson City Military Administration approved the financial plan of the municipal dental polyclinic for 2026.
The corresponding order was signed by the head of the MVA, Yaroslav Shanko.
According to the document, in 2026 the polyclinic plans to receive 56,198 million UAH in revenues. Part of the receipts are funds from the National Health Service under the Medical Guarantees Program – 11,674 million UAH. The institution expects most funding from paid services – 42,304 million UAH, which is the main revenue item. Another 2,220 million UAH account for other operating receipts.
At the same time, the amount of total expenditures almost equals the revenues and amounts to 56, 198 million UAH, which indicates the absence of a financial reserve and the institution’s operation is effectively “at zero”. In the expenditure structure, traditionally the largest share is staff wages, as well as utility payments, the purchase of medicines and medical devices, maintenance of service vehicles and other production expenses.
The staffing level of the polyclinic will remain unchanged – 119 employees, including 28 doctors, 38 mid-level medical staff, 15 junior, the same number administrative, and 23 people work in other positions.
It is worth noting that the wage fund in the 2026 plan is set higher than in 2025, and the average salary varies depending on the position.
Earlier we wrote that the Kherson City Dental Polyclinic has a new head. Kateryna Zakrevska will lead the institution until 2030.
