On the temporarily occupied territory of Kherson Oblast, Russian structures announced the alleged registration of about 140,000 land plots and 8,000 capital construction facilities in 2025.
This is reported by Russia-controlled channels, citing the so-called Rosreestr office for Kherson Oblast.
According to Vasyl Romanov, the head of the agency appointed by the occupying authorities, they are actively implementing the Russian national spatial data system – a tool that allows visualizing the location of plots, changing their legal status and assessing the “attractiveness” of territories.
Earlier we wrote that in the temporarily occupied part of Kherson Oblast they announced the launch of the so-called investment map of the region. It allegedly contains over 70 land plots available to “investors” from the Russian Federation.
