The occupation authorities of Kherson Oblast are considering the possibility of attracting labor migrants from India to develop the region’s economy.
This was reported by the occupation governor of Kherson Oblast, Volodymyr Saldo.
In addition, Prasun Prakash, the founder of the Center for Promoting the Development of Strategic Partnership between Russia and India, noted that India has the largest emigration flow in the world — hundreds of thousands of people each year. According to him, these labor resources can be effectively used to develop agriculture.
