“Winter support” for those places of the Kherson community where there is no connection or bank branches will be provided by “Ukrposhta”.
This was reported by the Kherson MVA.
“Citizens who cannot submit an application through the Diia app will be able to submit it through Ukrposhta. Work on implementing the program continues,” the MVA noted.
The “Winter eSupport” program provides a one-time payment of 1,000 hryvnias to every citizen of Ukraine — adults and children.
Payments can be arranged through the Diia app, Ukrposhta branches, or partner banks.
The received funds can be used to pay for utilities, medical or social needs, medicines, education, transport, Ukrainian-made goods, or donations.
