On the temporarily occupied left-bank area of the Kherson region, a regional physical culture and sports public organization “Federation of Motorcycle Sport of the Kherson Region” was created.

The so-called Federation of Motorcycle Sport was registered on November 20 in the city of Henichesk.
Oleksandr Shalakov is listed as the head and one of the co-owners of the organization.
Until 2017 he ran a business in Henichesk – selling spare parts for vehicles. Also in 2019 he became a co-founder of the Henichesk District Federation of Motorcycle Sport, a copy of which he has now created under Russian law.
Besides Shalakov, six more residents of the occupied territories are listed as co-founders of the occupation federation. Among them are Shalakov’s son Arkadiy, Henichesk entrepreneur Yevhen Maslakivskyi, who is suspected of collaborationism, former entrepreneur from Skadovsk Oleksandr Sotsenko and others.
Recall, in the temporarily occupied territories of the Kherson region many similar organizations have already been registered under Russian law, including the Federation of Rhythmic Gymnastics, Fishing Sport, Laser Tag and others. Most of these organizations are headed by collaborators, pseudo-officials or simply outsiders.
