The court in absentia found Zarutska guilty under part 5 of Article 111-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (collaborationist activity). She was sentenced to 9 years of imprisonment with confiscation of all her property.
It is known that from 2008 to 2016 Zarutska was registered as a sole proprietor (FOP) and engaged in retail trade.
