Former entrepreneur from Kherson Svitlana Frolova, who is suspected of collaborationism, registered a company selling food products in the temporarily occupied left bank of the region .

LLC “Soyuz” (rus, – ООО “Союз”) was registered on November 28 in the city of Skadovsk.
Svitlana Frolova is listed as both the company’s director and owner. In addition to “Soyuz” in April of this year she registered a company to sell alcoholic beverages LLC “Assa”.
Before the full-scale invasion Svitlana Frolova lived in Kherson and was a sole proprietor (FOP) and sold clothing.
In the summer of 2022 she agreed to head the occupation administration of the fuel and energy complex in the so-called Kherson VCA, for which she received a suspicion from Ukrainian law enforcement.
Besides Frolova co-owners of “Soyuz” are Yan Shkurba – he is the son of the head of the occupation administration of Skadovsk Oleksandr Dudka, and Nataliya Hrunenko, who also lives in Skadovsk. All of them hold Russian citizenship.
