The occupying authorities say that an asphalt-concrete plant has started operating in temporarily occupied Skadovsk on the left bank of the Kherson region.
This is reported in pro-Russian media.
The occupiers claim that the enterprise allegedly operates around the clock and produces 3000 cubic meters of concrete per month. According to them, 12 “specialists”.
The main task of the enterprise, propagandists say, – construction of multi-storey buildings, sports facilities and roads in cooperation with illegally formed companies “Kherson Avtodor” and “DIP”.
Earlier MOST wrote that in the temporarily occupied village Henicheska Hirka an illegally registered concrete production company – LLC “Genresurs”, whose owner is Russian billionaire of Georgian origin Shalva Gibradze.
It should be noted that most often enterprises specializing in concrete production receive orders related to the construction of fortifications. So, likely the plant will provide for military needs, and also “launder” money.
