The Executive Committee of the Kherson City Council has found a contractor for the maintenance and repair of ten vehicles.
As stated on Prozorro, on November 6 the executive committee signed a contract with Kherson entrepreneur Andriy Shvets.
According to the contract, by the end of the year Shvets must provide 241 services related to the maintenance and repair of two Daewoo Lanos, Mercedes-Benz Vito, VAZ 21140, Geely MR-7151A, Fiat Ducato, ZAZ Sens, Volvo V70, Seat Toledo and BMW 530.
For this Shvets will be paid UAH 580,000.
According to the business analytics system YouControl, FOP Shvets Andriy Oleksandrovych has been repairing cars not for long — since February this year, but has already managed to receive contracts worth UAH 2.4 million. His services have been ordered by the executive committee of the Kherson City Council, the Department for Implementation of Humanitarian Policy of the Kherson Regional State Administration (HODA), the municipal enterprise “Municipal Guard” of the Kherson City Council and others.
Before taking up car repairs, Andriy Shvets was engaged in selling beer and had a registered sole proprietorship (FOP) with the KVED “Retail trade from stalls and markets”, which in February this year was changed to “Maintenance and repair of motor vehicles”.
In addition, Shvets is a co-owner of Kherson LLC “Pivnoy dvorik” and LLC “Pivnoy dvorik 2020”. Previously he was also co-owner of LLC “Pivo I KO”, and since 2018 he has managed LLC “Elit Kauchuk”.
It should be noted that “Pivnoy dvorik” is a rather well-known chain of stores in Kherson that sells beer and snacks.
In addition to the beer business and car repairs, Shvets also managed one of Kherson’s municipal enterprises. In particular, after the de-occupation of Kherson he became acting director of the municipal enterprise “Khersonelektrotrans”, which is now in the process of liquidation.
Recall that earlier the Kherson Regional Prosecutor’s Office signed a contract with Andriy Shvets worth UAH 620,000. He was to repair the official Toyota Land Cruiser 200 that was damaged as a result of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation.
The publication was created as part of the Institute for War and Peace Reporting (IWPR) project “Strengthening Public Oversight” with financial support from Norway.
