On November 28, in Chornobaivka, Sergeant Andriy Hil, a native of the village of Posad-Pokrovske who served in the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine, was laid to rest.
This was reported by the Chornobaivka Village Council.
After the start of the full-scale war, Andriy Hil served as a border service inspector of the 2nd category at the 6th border outpost of the 79th Border Detachment.
On September 3, 2025, while carrying out a combat mission near the settlement of Sadove in Kherson Oblast, Andriy was killed as a result of Russian artillery shelling.
