The occupying Skadovsk District Court on the left bank of the Kherson region handed down a sentence to a 26-year-old resident of Skadovsk, accusing him of “threats to use violence against a representative of the authorities”.
This is reported by media controlled by the Russian Federation.
According to the occupiers, in April this year the man allegedly threatened a Russian serviceman who “was guarding public order”.
The Russian-controlled court said that during the trial the man admitted guilt and expressed remorse.
The occupiers imposed a punishment of two years’ suspended imprisonment with a two-year probationary period.
Earlier it was reported that the occupying court on the left bank of the Kherson region handed down a sentence to a resident of Oleshky, who was accused of “fictitiously registering foreign citizens for migration records on the territory of the Russian Federation”.
