Kherson City Military Administration made changes to the comprehensive program of social support for war veterans and their family members for 2025–2027. The document provides for the introduction of a one-time targeted payment for certain categories of defenders and their families.
The order was signed by the head of the Kherson City Military Administration, Yaroslav Shanko.
According to the updated provisions, cash assistance in the amount of 30 000 hryvnias can be received by servicemen of the Security Service of Ukraine and the Defense Forces of Ukraine who were deprived of their personal freedom as a result of Russian aggression after February 24, 2022.
If a serviceman cannot receive the funds personally, the assistance may be provided to one of his family members.
