Eight illegally installed retail outlets will be dismantled in Kherson.
The relevant order was signed by the head of the Kherson MVA, Yaroslav Shanko.
Included in the list for forced dismantling were: a kiosk with a refrigerated display case located on Nezalezhnosti Ave. (Ushakova), in the area of the stop “Diagnostic Center”, a kiosk next to the “Drinking Water” kiosk on 49th Guards Kherson Division St., between buildings No. 36 and 41, a metal structure of the cafeteria type after a fire at 49th Guards Kherson Division St., 3, a kiosk with the signs “Coffee”, “Tobacco” and others on 200th Anniversary of Kherson Ave., 30 (public transport stop), a structure resembling the attraction “Children’s Fishing” on 200th Anniversary of Kherson Ave., 17, metal trading stalls on 200th Anniversary of Kherson Ave., 7, near the transport stop, and two trailer vans for trade located at the corner of 49th Guards Kherson Division St. and 200th Anniversary of Kherson Ave. (area of the “Three Bayonets” square).
According to the order, if the owners of the illegal structures do not remove them themselves within 5 working days after the warning, the demolition will be organized by the municipal enterprise “City Road Management”. At the same time, the owners of these structures are unknown to the city administration.
Note that the Kherson MVA has already planned a budget for dismantling temporary structures for the next three years. They plan to allocate UAH 1.5 million.
