The Russian army attacked a kindergarten in the Dnipro district of Kherson.
This was reported by the head of the Kherson OVA, Oleksandr Prokudin.
As a result of artillery shelling, more than forty window panes were broken in the building, and furniture was also damaged.
There are no civilian casualties, Prokudin noted.
