The occupation authorities of the so-called Holoprystansky municipal district decided to provide financial assistance to the illegal head of “the district” Vitaliy Tytarenko and the “head of the council of deputies” Lyudmyla Cheban.
The corresponding decisions appeared on the website of the occupation administration of the Kherson region.
According to it, Vitaliy Tytarenko was granted assistance equivalent to one and a half times a salary, Lyudmyla Cheban – 0.75 of a salary.
Recall that in 2023 Tytarenko was elected a pseudo-deputy from the party “United Russia”, and in 2024 he was appointed the so-called head of the Holoprystansky municipal district.
In March this year he received the medal “For Services to the Kherson Region” and a payment of 50 thousand rubles. It is also known that as head of the illegal Council of Deputies Tytarenko receives a salary of 102.4 thousand rubles (approximately 50 thousand UAH).
It became known in July this year that 38-year-old Lyudmyla Cheban headed the illegal council of deputies of the Holoprystan city community of Skadovsk district of the Kherson region. Before that she headed a school in Bekhtery seized by the Russians.
Obviously, such “incentive actions” among the occupiers of the Holoprystan district are the norm. After all, previous pseudo-officials likewise issued material assistance to themselves and their deputies.
