In temporarily occupied Henichesk in the TOT of Kherson region, a company that sells medical equipment was illegally registered.
Information about this is posted in Russian registries.
On November 19, LLC “Medproekt” was registered, whose main activity is trading equipment, devices and instruments used in medicine.

The company’s director is listed as Russian citizen Ivan Semeniuk, and the owners are entrepreneurs from Crimea Oleg Achkasov, Kyrylo Yevtushek and Denys Fomin.
Achkasov, Yevtushek and Fomin are also owners of the Crimean LLC “Medresurs-Plus”, which supplies medicines and equipment to the occupied medical institutions on the left bank of the Kherson region.
The company was registered in May 2023 and since then has been participating in procurements carried out by the occupation authorities. Since then, “Medresurs-Plus” has received 14 contracts totaling 67 million rubles (approximately 847,029 US dollars).
According to Russian registries, the hospitals of Skadovsk and Henichesk purchased the most medicines from this company.

It is likely that the so-called Crimean entrepreneurs registered the new company for the same purposes.
Recall that as early as 2023 it became known that the Russian occupiers removed all equipment from the Central Hospital of the city of Skadovsk.
Note that, according to the illegally created Mandatory Health Insurance Fund of Kherson region, medical services satisfy only 34% of the population of temporarily occupied Kherson region.
The state of medicine on the left bank of the Kherson region remains critical – there is a shortage of specialists. According to occupation media, to compensate for the lack of medical staff, doctors from Mordovia, Kabardino-Balkaria, Krasnodar Krai, Moscow and other Russian regions periodically come to hospitals on the left bank of Kherson region.
In September 2025 it became known that the Russian Federation did not allocate funds for the treatment of cancer patients in the TOT of Kherson region.
