As of November, about 60,000 residents live in Kherson.
This was said on the “We-Ukraine” broadcast by Deputy Head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration Oleksandr Tolokonnikov.
According to the official, virtually all institutions and infrastructure in Kherson are operating, with the exception of educational institutions.
“All state structures, including courts, law enforcement agencies, the justice system, supermarkets, shops, and markets, are operating. Of course, the farther from the shore (the Dnipro River, – MOST) the more of this there is,” – the official said.
