The Kherson City Court issued a verdict in absentia against Kherson region resident Natalia Lysenko, who voluntarily headed the occupation administration in the settlement of Rykove in Henichesk district.
This is stated in the court’s verdict.
As the investigation established, Lysenko voluntarily cooperated with the occupation authorities and took the position of the so-called temporary acting head of the illegal administration in the village of Rykove.
According to law enforcement, she housed Russian servicemen in the homes of local residents who had left the occupation, cooperated with representatives of the FSB and the Russian military, and urged villagers to obtain Russian passports and to cooperate with the occupation authorities.
She also provided information to the so-called Head of the Henichesk Military-Civilian Administration about the number of residents in the village.
The court found Natalia Lysenko guilty under Part 5 of Article 111-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine – collaborationist activity. The court sentenced her in absentia to 10 years of imprisonment with confiscation of all property.
