In the temporarily occupied part of Kherson region the pseudo-prosecutor’s office accused a resident of Kakhovka of “calls against the security of the Russian Federation” over donations to the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
This was reported by occupying media.
A criminal case was opened against the 56-year-old man, accusing him of committing the crime provided for in para. “v” of part 2 of art. 280.4 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation – “public calls to carry out activities aimed against the security of the Russian Federation, committed using the Internet”.
As the so-called investigation claims, at the end of June 2024 in one of the Telegram groups the man published a message that contained “a public call to transfer money for the needs of Ukrainian military personnel taking part in hostilities against Russian troops”. Such actions were characterized by the occupation special services as “actions directed against the security of the Russian Federation”.
He was later detained and charged. The Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation stated that during interrogation he allegedly fully admitted guilt.
Currently, occupation investigators continue the investigation.
