Former deputy of the Kakhovka City Council from the Party of Regions Svitlana Mundriievska headed the occupiers’ Entrepreneurs’ Council in Kakhovka in the temporarily occupied territory (TOT) of the Kherson region.
This is reported by the publication Yevroprostir, citing the so-called head of Kakhovka, Pavlo Filipchuk.
As Filipchuk claims, the so-called Entrepreneurs’ Council allegedly serves as a platform for discussing business problems and finding solutions.
According to Yevroprostir, Svitlana Mundriievska lives in Kakhovka, where she is known as a local businesswoman. From 2010–2015 she was a city council deputy from the Party of Regions.
She runs LLC “Megapolis-Market” — a well-known trading base in Kakhovka. After the occupation of the city, the base became a key economic center of the region, where residents of surrounding communities go to shop.
The lawful founders of LLC “Megapolis-Market” are Olga Grebenyuk from Kakhovka and Olena Naidionova from Tavrychanka. In July 2025 Mundriievska illegally re-registered the enterprise under Russian jurisdiction, listing herself as a founder. Also, in April 2025 she registered under Russian law as a private entrepreneur, and in the registry is listed as a citizen of the Russian Federation.
According to local residents, after the occupation Mundriievska left for Kyiv, and later returned to Kakhovka, likely to preserve her business.
Earlier we wrote that the Russian Federation promised to allocate almost 4.5 billion rubles for “support of small and medium-sized businesses” in the TOT of Ukraine.
