The Kherson coastal defense brigade of the Marine Corps has received more than 120 reconnaissance drones. The equipment was purchased with subsidy funds. Total cost — more than UAH 20.5 million.
This was reported by the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, Oleksandr Prokudin.
The drones are designed for day and night operations. In addition to reconnaissance, they can carry out strike missions and carry explosives.
“The need for such types of UAVs is constant, the enemy is trying to find ways to counter them, but we understand that the ‘eyes’ of our soldiers are key to successful combat work to destroy the occupiers,” Prokudin said.
