The Department for the Implementation of Humanitarian Policy of the Kherson Regional State Administration ordered candies worth UAH 57,600.
As indicated on Prozorro, on November 13 the department signed a contract with an entrepreneur from the city of Dnipro, Alona Hurtova.
They ordered 300 gift sets of candies from her, priced at UAH 192 each.
According to the business analytics system YouControl, Alona Hurtova was registered as an individual entrepreneur (FOP) back in 2022. At that time she was engaged in intermediating trade in a wide range of goods, but she ceased her activity.
A little more than a month ago – on September 29, she once again decided to go into business, and the main KVED of her new FOP was listed as wholesale trade of sugar, chocolate and confectionery products.
Despite her modest experience in selling sweets, Hurtova has already received six contracts totaling almost UAH 400,000.
Recall, in September the Kherson City Military Administration purchased tea for Points of Invincibility, for which they paid significantly less than they had planned.
