The Department of Territorial Development of the Kherson Regional State Administration will be temporarily headed by Tetyana Tkachenko.
The corresponding leadership changes are reflected in the YouControl business analytics system.
Tkachenko has headed the department of the Kherson Regional State Administration since September 14. Previously she worked as the chief specialist of the department of life-support engineering systems, economics and public amenities in the same department.
Before that, the head was Volodymyr Ilchenko from the Donetsk region. In this position he replaced Svitlana Vasina, who faces a suspicion of inflating the cost of technical inspections of social infrastructure facilities that were damaged due to the war. At the end of August she was dismissed. According to MOST’s sources, the dismissal was quite unexpected for Vasina and the deputy head of the Regional Military Administration, Anton Samoylenko.
Recall that in October last year the Kherson Regional Military Administration filed a civil lawsuit against Svitlana Vasina and two of her accomplices in the corruption case in order to recover UAH 9.3 million in material damages allegedly caused by their possible crime.
And recently Vasina filed a lawsuit against her own department demanding that they recalculate and pay her a length-of-service allowance that was allegedly calculated incorrectly.
