The occupiers announced that they will build in the occupied Chaplynka on the left bank of the Kherson region a so-called cottage settlement of 40 single-story houses.
This was reported by the occupation administration of the Kherson region.
According to the illegal governor of Kherson region, Volodymyr Saldo, the cost will be 69 thousand rubles (734 euros, — MOST) per square meter.
It was recently reported that occupation deputies voted to rename their council from “Чаплынской” to “Чаплинскую”. They also introduced a land tax for both entrepreneurs and ordinary people.
