The Russian government has included a number of new energy facilities in the temporarily occupied part of Kherson region into its territorial planning scheme.
The corresponding order was signed by the head of the Russian government, Mikhail Mishustin.
Thus, the occupiers on the left bank of Kherson region are allegedly planning to build two high-voltage power lines – a 150 kV power line “Kairka – Novotroitska” approximately 65 km long – and a 330 kV power line “Henicheska – Melitopolska” about 95 km long.
Recall that in July 2025 the occupation authorities of Kherson region announced “stabilization of the energy system on the left bank”. At the same time, almost daily information appears on occupation sources about emergency or planned power outages.
