In the temporarily occupied Kherson region, water supply is absent in three villages in the Kakhovska, Chaplynka and Nyzhniosirohozy districts.
This was reported by the occupying regional water utility.
According to the occupiers, there is no water in the villages of Semenivka, Verby and Chervona Poliana due to emergency repair work.
Recall that, as early as 2024 the occupiers promised to allocate 1.5 billion rubles for the repair of the water supply system.
Obviously, the constant absence of water in the vast majority of settlements on the left bank of Kherson region is linked to the Russians’ blowing up of the Kakhovka HPP in June 2023, which the occupation authorities long denied.
Later, Volodymyr Saldo nevertheless confirmed the existence of problems with water, however, to hide the critical state of the infrastructure information about water supply facilities classified.
