A resident of the village of Mykhailivka in the Skadovsk district of left-bank Kherson received 14 years of imprisonment for collaborationist activities.
This was stated in the verdict of the Kherson City Court, which was pronounced on November 12, 2025.
During the court hearing, investigators proved that the woman, since July 1, 2022, voluntarily held the position of the unlawful acting head of the Beryslav district tax inspectorate in the occupiers-created “Tax Service of the Kherson Region”.
Because the accused was located in territory not controlled by Ukraine, the case was heard under a special procedure in absentia.
The verdict states that, in addition to 14 years of imprisonment, all her property will be confiscated and she will be deprived of the right to hold positions in law enforcement and state bodies for 15 years.
It is also known that the illegal “head of the Association of Entrepreneurs and Employers” of the Kherson region Oleksandr Zaitsev has been charged on three counts.
