The publisher, director of the publishing house “Samit-Knyha” and co-founder of the charitable foundation “Bibliotechna Kraina” Ihor Stepurin, who was born in Oleshky, has died.
This was reported by Ukrainian writer Dmytro Chystiak.
“All his life Ihor dedicated himself to ensuring that authors and books found their readers, that new and contemporary books were available in libraries. Full of ideas and optimism, Ihor inspired many to turn their dreams into reality. With warmth and gratitude we will remember our meetings and joint projects”, – he said.
The farewell for Ihor Stepurin will take place on 12 November 2025 at 12:00 in the ceremonial hall of the National Scientific Center for Radiation Medicine, Hematology and Oncology at the address Beresteiskyi Avenue 119/121 (building 5).
