During the day in Kherson district, six people were injured as a result of Russian shelling by artillery and drones.
This was reported by the Kherson Regional Prosecutor’s Office.
According to law enforcement, Russian forces shelled the Kherson region with artillery, mortars and drones.
Five of the wounded were hit by Russian attacks in the regional center: three men and a woman – under artillery shelling, another Kherson resident – due to an explosive dropped from a drone.
A resident of Stanislav was also struck by a Russian drone, the Kherson Regional Military Administration reported.
As the administration noted, it happened around 16:00. As a result of the drone attack, a 36-year-old woman suffered blast injuries and a fragment lodged in her soft tissues.
