Employees of kindergartens in the TOV of Kherson region report large-scale staff reductions.

It is noted that the administration of educational institutions does not provide official documents on the reductions, but forces employees, through quasi-voluntary coercion, to write applications for half-time positions.
Such an approach forces people to resign, since already low salaries are reduced by half, the post says.
At present, a critical situation is observed in the kindergartens of the Holoprystanska and Novotroitska communities. Employees appealed to local education departments, but did not receive responses or real solutions.
