On November 5, Russian forces sent kamikaze drones to the village of Posad-Pokrovske in Kherson region. Preliminarily, these were drones of the “Shahed” type.
The Main Directorate of the National Police in Kherson region reported this.
As a result of the attack, an apartment building and two private houses, two excavators and a car were damaged in the village, the police said.
There is currently no information about casualties resulting from the drone strike.
Recall that the village of Posad-Pokrovske is located in the Chornobaivska community of Kherson region. Most buildings in the village were destroyed during the fighting on the right bank of the region in 2022.
In spring 2023 the settlement was included in a comprehensive reconstruction project. The reconstruction of the village is still ongoing. More than one billion hryvnias have already been spent on it.
