In the Kherson region, the head of the regional TCC and SP has changed again.
This was reported in an order by the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, Oleksandr Prokudin, on changes to the composition of the Regional Defense Council.
Specifically, as of October 30, Serhii Panasiuk was removed from the composition of the Kherson Regional Defense Council, who held the position of head of the regional TCC and SP since 2023.
Instead, Oleksandr Samotei will temporarily perform the duties of the head. In 2021 he for some time served as the acting regional military commissar.
