In the temporarily occupied city of Skadovsk in Kherson’s occupied territories, a construction company was illegally registered.

On October 17, LLC “Specialized Developer “Solgrad” was registered, with its primary activity indicated as “construction of residential and non-residential buildings”.
The head of the company is Russian national Oleksandr Syrоп’yatov. According to the business-connections system YouControl.World, in the Russian city of Perm Syrоп’yatov has for many years worked as the director of the plant “StroyPanelKomplekt”.
In 2023 he received from the President of Russia Vladimir Putin the title “Honored Builder of the Russian Federation”.
As indicated in the Russian registers, the authorized capital of Syrop’yatov’s newly established company amounts to 10 thousand rubles. So it is unclear what exactly he plans to build in the temporarily occupied Kherson region.
Recall, at the beginning of the year the occupation authorities of the left bank said that the creation of a master plan for the development of the territories. According to the plan, from 2030 to 2044 on the temporarily occupied territories of Kherson region the Russians plan to build 55 kindergartens and 6 schools, 11 hospitals, 16 polyclinics, as well as 15 sports facilities, and also to build housing, roads, and modernize agriculture, the manufacturing sector and tourism.
Also on the left bank criteria for obtaining land plots by Russian investors without auctions were established.
