The ombudsman also urged the international community to respond more decisively to Russian attacks.
“This is another war crime by the Russian Federation, which deliberately attacks civilian objects, grossly violating the norms of international humanitarian law. I call on the international community to respond decisively. Until Russia is held accountable, no person in Ukraine can feel safe!”, – Lubinets stressed.
