The pseudo-minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Kherson region, Alla Barhatnova, was brought to administrative liability by the occupation prosecutor’s office.
This was reported by occupation sources.
According to them, the so-called prosecutor’s office of the Skadovsk district carried out an inspection of social protection departments, during which violations related to exceeding authority were discovered.
Because of this, two administrative proceedings were opened against Barhatnova for “failure to comply with the lawful demands of the prosecutor”, and the occupation court fined her 4.2 thousand rubles.
Note that this is not Barhatnova’s first fine. Last year she was found guilty of failing to consider in a timely manner the occupation prosecutor’s demand to resolve a conflict of interest.
Recall that Alla Barhatnova arrived in the occupied Kherson region in 2022 from the Donetsk region. She became the head of the illegal ministry in October 2023.
